Served as the Primary Planning Officer for a Combined Arms Battalion of over 600 Soldiers and 150 vehicles. Led planning for multiple Battalion wide operations, including an unscheduled Gunnery that certified all crews in a Company Team to participate in the Global Response Force. Coordinated with other Staff Sections to streamline the Battalion planning process which greatly improved the speed with which orders products were produced.

Served as Second in Command for an Armor Company consisting of 93 Soldiers, 14 Tanks, 9 support vehicles, and $90,000,000 worth of equipment. Directly responsible for maintenance, supply, and operations support. Supervised a successful rotational deployment to the Republic of Korea and reduced property shortages by 81% over a 10 month period.

Led a Platoon of 19 Soldiers with 5 Tanks and over $20,000 worth of equipment. Developed and implemented a training plan to qualify 5 Tank Crews with no previous experience in their position. Earned honors as the Top Tank Platoon in the Brigade (1 of 18) and created a 20% improvement in Platoon Score on the Army Physical Fitness Test
