• Maintain both Insurance/Annuity and Advisory queues in Salesforce to assist advisor teams interacting with our platform.• Maintain strong client relationships by consistently providing exceptional customer service across 100+ advisor teams on a day-to-day basis via phone calls, emails, Webex meetings, etc.• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Client Reporting, Revenue, and Technology teams to reconcile and collect account linking and billing processes for the firm’s Advisory department.• Work with Compliance to get advisors appointed at various carriers/vendors/recordkeepers.• Train advisor teams to use our internal system and assist with any issues that may arise.• Meet strict deadlines on an array of projects (updating revenue shares, creating fee schedules, linking old accounts)• Assist advisors with Change of Broker-Dealer forms and documentation to transfer books of business.
