Re opening a nightclub following closure due to the pandemic. As a site that was brought in to the company a lot of work around operations, standards and compliance has had to be completed. With 14 VIP booths and located in an affluent area VIP sales is a huge party of the business which has required developing and implementing to allow us to achieve maximum sales, with sph around £25 we are hitting our targets with future growth opportunities already identified.

Full responsibility of the operation and development of business, working with a team of 9 full time staff - 2 Deputy managers, 2 Assistant managers, Vip Sales, Sales and events, production manager, maintenance and Head Host plus over 80+ part time staff along with external contractors. Growth came from a focus on standards to drive SPH and GP% along with a change in promotion strategy layered with a review of door pricing and offers to realign the income streams.Extra revenue streams were enhanced with a focus on prebooked and private hires with both departments increasing there returns along with positive feedback from guests to allow us to grow loyalty and returning clients. Oversaw the redevelopment of the new venue from a sound and lighting view point.Talent booking for both the venue and one off events including freshers and Christmas balls. Liaising with external bodies on delivering these events on time and budget.

Overseeing the unit during shifts including staffing, cash and stock control. Units worked in varied between wet led and food led.
