I am a process engineer with over 9 years experience.I have been involved in a variety of projects with an emphasis on hydrocarbon processes; including ethylene crackers, polypropylene plants and refineries/RFCC units. I have experience of process design work based in the UK and France. This process design experience has extended throughout several phases of the project from initial conceptual design at feasibility study level through to FEED and basic engineering. During these projects, I was responsible for producing simulations of areas of the plants, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams and process equipment datasheets for a variety of process items. This work has been based largely around revamp projects of existing units where tie-ins to existing systems were developed, however, some work has been based around green field sites. I have also partaken in site visits for verification of data supplied by clients and for safety studies such as SIL studies and HAZOPs.
