Engage with Google Hardware's customers on social media in order to drive NPS via community management. Understand the intricacies of brand tone for three different brands to ensure that Google's brand image is retained and elevated through our engagements. Track and report on social media trends in real-time. Orchestrate strategies for campaigns, execute strategies, and then report on insights, trends, and successes after the campaign via tastefully designed presentations.

Customer service agent role where we were responsible for greeting the customer with a bright and cheerful tone. Once I greeted the customer, I jumped into identifying what I as a customer service agent can do for the customer via thoughtful questions and discussing options with customers as far as what coverage will best fit their needs. During these processes, I made sure I was always going above and beyond in order to ensure the customer's experience with the insurance company is more fluid and positive than what they may have expected. I was responsible for retaining customers when they are shopping around for insurance by empathetically discussing what has led them to shop around for coverages, and then giving outstanding service by ensuring a customer's policy best fits their needs.

Greeting customers with an optimistic and conversational tone while collecting personal info that was required to begin looking around for which insurance company will best fit their personal needs. Being aware of the insurance industry guidelines and restrictions to ensure every policy is written correctly, this involved making sure to ask certain questions that would have been a liability if not asked. Once info was collected, run quotes through multiple different insurance companies to find the best price for the customer and then selling them on the company that will be within budget and fit their insurance needs.

I began my time at WVFS as a news writer. I was responsible for finding important stories through the internet and then writing a International, National, State, and Local news story. I learned a lot about public speaking in this position since we were responsible for broadcasting are written stories over the airwaves. I participated in this for the fall and spring semesters. I became involved with the Public Relations department half way through the Fall semester of 2015. It is a large department and I work with a team of dedicated individuals to handle all PR related activities for the station; this includes but is not limited to tabling at local events where we talk to the community, coming up with ideas for PR campaigns, and organizing events thrown by the station such as local concerts to celebrate V89's birthday. I applied and was accepted into the Announcing department in the summer of 2016. I have the responsibility of selecting music appropriate for airplay from a catalog that has an excess of 30,000 different albums. I am responsible for announcing over the airwaves the music that I have played along with various public service announcements and promotional messages. In the fall of 2016 I began to host The Vinyl Frontier specialty show where the music featured is exclusively from vinyl records. Starting in January of 2017 I became the resident host of this weekly show which plays from 10:00pm to 12:00am on Tuesday nights. I am thankful to WVFS Tallahassee for everything that I have learned about music, social networking, and crucial skills to have such as organization as well as teamwork.
