Proto-type components ready for assembly at year-end 2019. eTuk operations terminated December 2019.Managed company's engineering department and provided technical support to existing business.For the LSV development:- Supported concept generation of LSV aesthetics and studied competitors and Federal Standards for LSVs to create Requirements and Key Decision documents. - Researched, analyzed, and selected OnShape CAD program to use in the design process, which increased collaboration and productivity by 50%.- Technical lead for designing and calculating parameters for steering and suspension systems.- Managed overseas engineering teams for design assistance and reduced personnel cost.- Interfaced with potential suppliers for commercial off the shelf parts and designed components.For managing the engineering department:- Established engineering policies and procedures, including release management, part numbering system, part naming convention, and CAD procedures which improved efficiency by 20%.- Hired and managed two groups totaling seven summer interns, two were retained full time.- Reviewed all component designs, managing release of parts, assemblies, weldments, drawings.

Provided design support to all business segments, focusing on geartrains and axle systems.
