I am an experienced digital services librarian, design research, and knowledge operations professional.Expertise: service design and delivering the right information to the right people at the right time. I am interested in all of the moving parts that go into driving influential conversations and smart decision making, and I have the experience, creativity, and drive to coordinate those moving parts to produce business solutions that inform and inspire, are accessible, and that are transformative and sustainable. Through my work I’ve created the vision, strategy, and operational capacity to lead teams through periods of exponential growth and organizational change, while simultaneously improving the quality of experience, service, and products for staff and end users.I have over 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the design, implementation and management of digital services and experiences at The New School University Library. As product lead, I partner with the Head of Metadata, the Digital Libraries Director, IT, Legal and Finance to manage an end-to-end distributed service that coordinates and delivers content to staff, faculty, and students. In this role I have designed, built and maintained libraries and the teams and systems that support them. I am fluent in knowledge base management and the cataloging and metadata operations required to structure dynamic information ecosystems. My success in this role has directly prepared me to build out and run programs and processes that advance the learning function at Chatham Financial. I am adept at working in an agile environment to ensure that the voice of the customer is centered through research, analysis, relationship building, and communication. I am able to anticipate challenges, coordinate risk assessment, collaborate, problem solve, and take decisive action to deliver for my teams.
