I began with this organization as employee #2, and have overseen sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and other areas. Under my leadership the company's monthly recurring revenue tripled in a two-year period. During Covid, we lost the ability to go to conferences, which had been a primary business development pipeline for the company. I focused on growing a referral network to develop new business, leading the company to record revenue for 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Managed revolving portfolio of 2-5 projects at any given time ranging from weeks to years. Clients included institutions ranging from large state research Universities, to Ivy League institutions, to community colleges. Projects included the development of an implementation model for a biomedical engineering program at “Top 25” US News and World Report institution; division- and institution-level strategic planning; reviews of staffing, organization, and programs in higher education units or divisions; and, health center reviews addressing organization, accreditation preparation, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance. Responsible for drafting and finalizing internal and client-deliverable proposals and reports, culminating in principle authorship of a client-facing project report; research design and execution, including programming and summarizing of online surveys and comparative/benchmarking research to support successful project completion.Conducted on-site interviews with hundreds of faculty, staff, and students for information gathering; facilitated focus groups and prepared internal and client-facing summaries for inclusion in project reports and development of recommendations. Managed the implementation of evidence-based research projects to enable military commanders and non-government organizations (including aid organizations) to better understand and navigate culture in Afghanistan.Designed research in concert with social scientist staff (PhD-level anthropologists, economists, and other fields) to clarify questions and manage implementation, resources, and timeline of research. Prepared reports and briefings of project status, preliminary project themes, existing data, summary outcomes, and recommendations.

Supervised a 16-person US Army Tactical Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Detachment in Afghanistan. Supported Brigade leadership and other elements by analyzing and briefing findings related to foreign target audiences. Developed products in accordance with local customs and beliefs. Managed 4 Tactical PSYOP Teams remotely using a variety of communication mechanisms. Utilized CIDNE, Excel, Outlook, Word, Google Earth, Powerpoint, and other software to conduct analysis and convey findings. Responsible for well-being and supervision of subordinate personnel. Actively planned short, mid-range, and long-term operations in coordination with other Army Staff. Communicated reports to higher headquarters daily, weekly, and on an as-needed basis.
