The George Bell Hockey Association (GBHA) is a community-based hockey association committed to developing safe and inclusive hockey programs for children and youth.As a lead skills instructor I was responsible for organizing a team of youth hockey coaches to deliver fun and engaging hockey sessions to children and youth aged 4 to 20. My responsibilities included the following:- Training beginner Skills Instructors on how to successfully plan and execute drills, practices and tryouts.- Coordinating with management to create balanced and appropriate employee schedules.- Communicating directly with parents to gather feedback and measure program satisfaction.- Processing Employee payroll on Microsoft Excel.
