Will is a Group Non-Executive Director having joined the RACQ Board in November 2021 representing the Regional Zone. As well as being a Director of RACQ Group Limited, Will is a Director of Members Banking Group Limited, Club Finance Holdings Limited, RACQ Insurance Limited and Club Insurance Holdings Pty Ltd. Will sits on the Audit Committee and Group People and Purpose Committee.

Will joined the Board of the RACQ Foundation in December 2023.

Children's Health Queensland HHS is the statewide Hospital and Health Service that provides pediatric services for Queensland. Will was appointed Deputy Chair in September 2024 and joined as a Board Member in May 2022. As Deputy Chair, Will is the Chair of the Health Services Executive Committee and was previously the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. Will remains a member of ARC and is also a member of the Finance & Performance Committee.

Will is appointed as an independent member of the Royal Flying Doctors Services (QLD) Finance, Risk & Audit Committee. Previously Will sat on the RFDS Foundation's Investment Committee.

Will is a Non-Executive Director and Treasurer of Opera Queensland. Prior to joining the Board in July 2019, Will was an external representative on the Audit & Risk Committee. Living in regional Queensland, Will is passionate about developing communities and bringing development, support and culture to our regions and is focussed on developing this within OperaQ, as well as the engagement of younger audiences.

As Outback Queensland’s first and only distillery, Western Queensland Spirit is a small-batch, craft distillery using locally botanicals to embody their spirits with the flavours of the Outback. Following the launch of their pre-release in August 2023 which was oversubscribed, the distillery formally launched through online sales in November 2022 before opening a cellar door in 2023. As Co-Founder and Managing Director, Will is responsible for the strategic growth of WQS.

Will is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee for Northern Australia Primary Health Limited. NAPHL aims to provide a healthier future to all Australians by improving health outcomes in Northern Australia.

InnoWell delivers digital health solutions to promote mental fitness and ensure that people receive the right care at the right time to support their mental health and wellbeing.Will joined InnoWell in October 2017 and is the Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for the Customer and Operations functions. Will was a foundational member of the executive team, having held CEO, COO and CFO roles since commencing with InnoWell. He was also the Company Secretary until February 2022.

As an Advisory & Assurance Director at PwC, Will has worked client's ranging from multinational clients, ASX listed organisations, government entities and private companies across industries including healthcare, retail and consumer, government, aviation, energy, utilities and mining and agriculture.Will has worked extensively in the US & UK and has held numerous firm roles within PwC, including Group People & Operations Manager for the Assurance team in Brisbane. In addition to working closely with a core group of clients, Will is also on secondment to InnoWell as Chief Operating Officer and to Townsville Hospital and Health Service as the Acting Director of Internal Audit.

On secondment from PwC, Will was responsible for the delivery of the Internal Audit program and working with co-source internal audit partners. Reporting to the Board Audit and Risk Committee Chair and working closely with THHS senior executive, Will partners with THHS to monitor compliance and foster continuous growth and improvement of the controls environment.
