I opened this high volume south coast White Brasserie pub as a new site in 2019, alongside a team of 40. Accountable for delivery on all areas of our P&L, alongside recruitment, development and retention. Year to date NPS scores of 75%.

- Assisting the general manager in achieving budgeted top line sales and converting to EBITDA;- Financial forecasting for each period;- Managing a team of 50 employees;- Liquor stock and purchase order management;- Responsible for ensuring spend on local controllables is within budget;- Providing excellent customer service through continuous staff training and development- Key role in implementing the take over of all food and beverage operations for the Francis Hotel Bath (to which we are attached) - a first for Brasserie Bar Co's new growth strategy.

- Sales generation through working on floor shifts;- Maintaining company standards;- Training new employees;- Dealing with enquiries;- Carrying out end of day banking and running the restaurant on supervisor shifts;- Attending weekly management meetings focussed on cost control, budgets, marketing strategy and sales performance.
