oversee construction administration and operations on a project level basis, help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by tracking and forecasting the overall health of all projects company wide.

oversee all estimating, new project inquiries, general relations with clients, architects, design professionals, etc. implement the rollout of new internal processes and structure by which SWC still operates today.

took over primary responsibility of estimating for new projects, began to develop the skills necessary to engage clients, architects and provide general coordination responsibilities for multiple small scale projects, assisted in the beginnings of re-vamping of the internal structure and process by which SWC produces their projects.

Worked part time while continuing my education in the same capacity as during the internship, with added estimating and basic-level construction management resposbilities.
