Collaboration with 1st Assistant Director, Producer and Department Heads to direct and maintain logistics of filming schedule. Responsible for ensuring the comfort and care of A-list celebrities and background talent. Supervise safety of crew with adherence to all legal and union regulations. Resolve evolving production logistics.- 600 A-list, $500K > television commercial productions- 250 multi-day, on-location and travel productions- 50+ average crew size responsibility- Organize and inspect talent contracts and time cards- Communicate information to key stakeholders professionally and gracefully

Coordination of Art Directors, Photographers, Stylists, Design and Merchandising Departments for development of weekly online and print catalog production.- Acquire and deliver all merchandise and materials needed for multiple photographers and crew on a daily basis- Using FileMaker, build and distribute daily schedules to photographers and crews- Proof all digital images with catalog layout and resolve any inaccuracies within InDesign- Confirm accuracy of final images and placements with Art Directors and Design Departments prior to catalog release

Supervision of case files. Assembly of legal research. Communicate information to all key players involved during cases- Manage attorney’s notes, correspondences, pleadings and depositions in both print and digital formats- Distribute case work to needed parties- Investigate and assemble legal research from law library, court records and online sources, such as Lexis Nexis, during case construction progress- Communicate document deadlines and court hearings to in-house parties
