I have been with frogg toggs almost from inception. It has been my primary employment in the 23 years since I finished school and I have held several positions as the company has grown and expanded.When I started in January of '97, frogg toggs operated out of an old doctors office with the basement used as storage and the shipping facility and had 5 employees.As of November 2019, there are over 80 employees working full time at frogg toggs Fortunately, I have been here to see it all unfold...the good and the bad.Hopefully, I will never have to work anywhere else. However, if I do, my time at frogg toggs has been rich in experience, adversity, challenges, and learning. I have gained a unique understanding of the outdoor markets and the intricacies of business development in several different consumer markets and across multiple sales and marketing platforms.Specialties: Dealing positively and effectively with pressure and deadlines is one of my greatest attributes. My numerous duties with frogg toggs have exposed me to facets of business that I may not have had the opportunity to encounter had I been in one position or maintained a single function through my career. Experiencing the growth of the company from inception to the point we are now has been an invaluable experience and, I must say, very rewarding. I look forward to lending my assistance and support to the continued growth of this wonderful company and the awesome brand it has created.More recently, I have been exposed to the intricacies of navigating and executing marketing and sales campaigns for digital and social platforms and adjusting the focus of our internal teams to the proactive engagement of challenges associated with increasing prevalence of direct to consumer shopping via online / dotcom platforms. The demands of the new purchasing paradigm creates new and often overlooked challenges to supply chain timing, warehousing models, marketing spend, and pick, pack, and shipping functions.
