Working within this infrastructure, as a team within the UK business we drove innovative changes to deliver exceptional results in both franchise and contract sales. Our head office UK team managed a UK-wide team of up to 2000 employed individuals, up to 40 franchise businesses and commercial contracts, delivering turnover of £20m per annum. As part of my role, I set up and recruited Master Franchises in Spain, Ireland and Hungary.
