I engaged with Granite State voters in the Concord area through one-on-ones, thousands of phone calls, and hundreds of doors knocked. I extensively used VoteBuilder to recruit and retain a strong base of volunteers. I took the lead in running phone banks, drawing sizable turnout and contacting thousands of New Hampshire voters.

I led a team of dedicated volunteers who registered 1,200 students to vote on a campus of just over 6,000. Students were engaged through classroom and club visits, texts, phone calls, canvassing, and events. We held a number of highly successful events, including Dogs, Donuts, and Democracy, the most successful Voter Registration Day event put on by NextGen Virginia. I organized and executed a highly successful Get Out the Vote effort that increased voter turnout over the last gubernatorial election by 10% in the William & Mary precinct.

I worked with the Transportation and Emerging Technology Policy Initiative teams on interesting and varied projects. For the Emerging Technology Policy Initiative, I designed a website and then populated it with content targeted towards the needs of policymakers. The articles focused on a variety of important policy issues concerning new technologies, ranging from genetic engineering to autonomous vehicles.For the Transportation team, I conducted research on local, state, and federal transportation initiatives. I also wrote or helped write every policy memo concerning transportation for the period I was a policy coordinator.

Built a grassroots volunteer infrastructure designed to engage college students during the 2017 Virginia gubernatorial primary elections. Used social media outreach to connect with youth voters.

Beginning as a volunteer during the 2016 Presidential election, I quickly demonstrated my initiative and leadership abilities, being promoted to Team Leader. As Team Leader I managed shifts of volunteers registering voters at the College of William & Mary. During the campaign, I organized voter registration visits to over 60 classrooms, contacting hundreds of teachers in the process. I fully engaged with my campus and the local community, personally registering almost 400 new voters.

I additionally assisted the staff with research on topics such as the opioid crisis. I also took the initiative to redesign the Representative's social media presence on YouTube, updating the landing page and playlists to build an active channel.
