Coordinated 31 department managers to deliver training to 1000+ personnel. Developed training criteria against internal and external customer requirements and surpassed standards in all areas within budget. Leveraged £4m of US resource support at no additional cost to UK through stakeholder relationship building. • Analysed, re-designed and implemented an Excel based planning tool and user processes that reduced errors in resource requesting and the allocation of those resources. £2.3m excess cost was saved in the first 3 months with the tool later implemented across the Royal Marines organisation. The project created an £8m in year cost efficiency saving through the implementation of computer based training systems.
