Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and a proud graduate of Clemson University, I began my career in the Financial Services Industry with First Data and Fiserv. My career journey has taken me through various roles, including Inside Sales, Project Management, and most recently, an Analyst role supporting ATM, Card, and Network service operations. My strengths are understanding the mission of the business, developing a path forward, breaking down silos, and bringing people together to win as a team, rinse, repeat.In July 2024, I joined the CheckAlt team as Director of Strategic Partnerships. My key responsibilities include:- Identifying partner goals and nurturing synergies between our product offerings- Developing tailored engagement strategies to cultivate relationships and drive success- Equipping partner teams with the necessary resources to effectively promote and sell products- Delivering comprehensive sales training programs to educate partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques- Maintaining open lines of communication with partners to provide ongoing support and gather feedback for continuous improvementMy ultimate goal is to build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance market reach, drive revenue growth, and ensure sustained success.
