Day to Day Duties:● Provide IT support to users on site; approximately 2500 people, also supporting smaller Amazon sites around the UK.● Support existing Cisco networking infrastructure and assist with future deployments● Maximising the availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and proactive, preventative maintenance.● Liaising with 3rd parties and vendors to procure and repair equipment. ● Responding to and diagnosing the root cause of high severity incidents.
