In my role as Project Manager at the company, I am responsible for management and coordination of numerous construction projects from early stages of planning and budgeting to final occupancy of the building. My duties include pre-development analyses, communication between contractors, city officials, architects, and engineers.I have completed over 50 retail development centers ranging from renovation of an existing center, multi-tenant shopping centers, to stand-alone buildings throughout the United States.
