These include teleconference activities, preparation of specific briefings for the customer as well as maintenance of database/spreadsheet entries for F-15 & C-130 new buy asset & maintenance orders. • Liaises with RSAF repair vendors as well as regularly reviews relative AFMC and Third Party Logistics data systems & material inventory systems to provide up to date status to the customer on long lead and possible lost assets and receive accurate get well dates for these assets.• Attends meetings alongside the stationed RSAF officer to provide logistics insight and to aid in recording the topics discussed. • Provides input and aids in the creation of database systems as well as simple spreadsheets to help track RSAF assets as well as provide regular email updates of these item management programs to the customer.• Liaises with the RSAF Freight Forwarders on the east coast to expedite inbound and outbound RSAF items and provide the customer regularly updated records of the shipments by tracking number and RSAF assigned document control number Show less
