Following a quick and successful integration into the team, I went on to take an integral role in a new project to define and document the software requirements in a new coffee machine build.My initial objective had been defining all features that the machine software provides while also delivering telemetry integration and downstream reporting. To achieve this I have worked closely with the head of technology, key stakeholders and internal business partners in the marketing, hardware, operations and analytics departments to define high level software requirements and build a roadmap. Through the different phases of the project, I have worked closely with local and off shore agile development teams to size and prioritised my epics / user stories. The output of this process has been the delivery of a well-rounded piece of software that is integrated into our telemetry and reporting platforms. After a huge amount of UI/UX design work and phases of usability testing, I am particularity proud of the customer facing user interface and also the indepth and fit for purpose operator / technical menus for use in machine configuration and maintenance. -

They needed someone to come in and help to secure a contract and deliver a solution for a high profile government department. Having worked to build and implement a SaaS Insurance management tool with several county councils and local authorities I was identified as a perfect fit for the role.I wrote a tender document for an FCDO contract and when we were awarded the work I then worked through the FDLC to deliver the project. This is definitely one of the greatest achievements of my career. I am proud that the product that I designed and implemented is in use within this organisation. Other projects I was involved in related to work on a logistics app and portal, while also working on a large scale data cleansing project with another client.On all projects, I worked with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that we deliver on requirements through to implementation, training and aftercare. -
