• Initiate investment and cash flow related transfers including capital calls, distributions, transfers, withdrawals, and funding of new investments.• Record, monitor, and reconcile monthly investment valuations and transactions.• Maintain and expand internal investment databases for all manager correspondence and reporting.• Assist senior Investment staff with cash management of portfolio including cash flow monitoring and spreadsheet preparation and maintenance.• Prepare and maintain investment related audit schedules and documentation (includes FAS157).• Assist with ongoing due diligence of existing managers.• Prepare investment comparison reports and surveys (includes NACUBO).• Assist in preparation of materials for investment committee meetings.• Calculate, assign, and administer annual spending allocations. Establish liquidation schedule, and oversee repurchase and liquidation activity for spending. • Assist in coordinating completion of each accounting period (includes distribution jobs, liquidations, and soft/hard roll forward of financial accounting system).

• Create, review, approve and post the daily gift batches to the Financial Accounting system. This includes correcting any errors and ensuring proper posting for all cash, credit card, stock, pledge batches and reconciling adjusting batches• Monthly reconciliation of the UGA Foundation endowment portfolio consisting of over $900+ million in assets• Record investment transaction activity (investing and divesting), transfers related to cash flow, income, short-term investments and spending budget allocations/liquidations in the Financial Accounting system for the UGA Foundation• Oversee, reconcile, and balance budgets for UGA Foundation restricted accounts through Contracts and Grants • Reconcile, balance and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for asset, liability and revenue activity
