• Responsible for training new and returning student paint crew members, in order to create effective professional efficient paint crew members. • Responsible for managing inventory of paint and supplies organization. Leading to more efficient and productive work space. • Coordination of 13 paint crew members resulting in the completion of simultaneous projects around campus. • Driver responsible for university assets; build trust and effective and safe transportation of crew and supplies. • Responsible for following operational standards of safety, while following deadlines, and scheduling. Resulting in successful on time competing of painting projects as scheduled.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities • Lead Importation: Provide more effective sales and marketing collaboration by importing leads into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and relaying information to the sales and marketing managers. • Webinar Coordination: Manage the coordination of all client-facing Go-To-Webinar sessions by adding event pages to the website, uploading the recordings to YouTube and following up with the attendees.• Prospect Communication: Efficiently respond to potential leads of marketing campaigns and webinars to create new customer opportunities. • Database Clean-Up: Remove old and duplicate data from CRM to provide a more efficient database.• Reporting: Create reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of the company’s marketing campaigns and strategies. • Email Marketing: Utilize design skills to set up email templates for future campaigns and email-marketing promotions.• Support: Build customer service skills by relaying costumer calls to designated personal.
