Working for TAM Services on behalf of ESB Networks

I had two contracts with the CSO for the last two Census’. Each year I was tasked with interviewing, hiring and managing 24 Enumerators from over 100 applicants. I presided over 5500 dwellings in the Edenderry / Enfield area.

I oversaw over 50 cleaning contracts and managed the work schedule for the mobile crews on a daily / weekly basis. I was also tasked with liaising with clients and advising on favorable solutions for both parties, as well as interviewing and hiring potential new staff.

I oversaw all industrial and domestic contracts, organized all staff across every contract and travelled regularly to customer sites to advise on services that fit the potential contract.

I oversaw the raw-food department, managing shift patterns, contract signings and disciplinary codes of over 25 employees. I worked closely with the New Product Development team and the Quality department, setting the KPIs and ensuring they’re reached. I also implemented waste-control management to maximize yield.

In this role I worked closely with the Managing Director to develop systems to increase production capacity and efficiency. I vetted potential new-hires presented to me by HR and developed shift patters and rosters to streamline production. I also worked with the IT department in the rollout of a new management system from procurement to dispatch.

In this role I started out on the factory floor, eventually working my way up to Quality Control and then further on to Line Supervisor and finally to Facilities Manager. This had me in charge of production planning and procurement. I vetted potential new hires in a crew of over 40 people, managing rosters and increasing yield in the production process.
