FH Hockey Development recruits and develops youth hockey players in and around New Jersey. Responsibilities as a co-owner of FH Hockey Development includes, but is not limited to, financial management, marketing, creating and developing customer relations, recruitment and retention of athletes, creating training curriculum.

Responsibilities include assisting boats with docking procedures, overseeing fueling operations, store management, inventory management, and phone reception.
