Leveraging years of experience building technology to support marketing campaigns for feature film releases, I managed the launch of an eCommerce website for an entertainment and consumer products startup. I oversaw technology development, product marketing and market research and led a cross-functional team of technology developers, marketing & sales managers and marketing consultants to deliver site releases within aggressive schedule and budget constraints.

Implemented strategic technology solutions for Marketing and Distribution executives to help meet business objectives, reduce costs and improve efficiency. I managed a portfolio of 15 software applications and the overall theatrical marketing technology roadmap. In that capacity, I led implementation of analytics solutions and automation of marketing campaign management and digital asset distribution workflows and achieved 6-figure annual cost savings.
