I recently completed working on the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, and I'm very passionate about diving into the IT world as a new career. In this program I mastered technical skills like system administration, troubleshooting, network protocols, and IT automation. My goal is to use these skills to support IT operations and contribute to the field.My background has given me some useful skills as well. As an Event Coordinator and Project Planner in my free time, I've handled all sorts of logistics and solved problems creatively when dealing with conflicting ideas. I've also honed my customer service chops by working with all kinds of people, turning tough situations into positive experiences through good communication and empathy. As an added bonus, my experience in improv acting has enhanced my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with others, even if I've never met or interacted with them before.I'm also an aspiring fantasy writer, which has taught me solid research and analytical skills while building my creativity every day. Writing a convincing character from scratch is surprisingly similar to diagnosing technical issues—gathering complex information and figuring out solutions that fit pieces together into something whole.Adaptability has always been my strength, whether dealing with unexpected change or rolling with last-minute adjustments. Combined with my communication skills and ability to focus on solving issues, I'm confident I'll thrive in IT support. I'm excited to bring my problem-solving skills, tech know-how, and commitment to user satisfaction to my future workplace, where I can truly make a difference and keep growing.
