Operation ExecutionExternally:Managing supplier in meeting the various KPI and any short and mid term goalsFulfilling customer shipment, adhoc project/issues, and continuous process and leadtime improvement. To work with suppliers for the best of company interest while ensuring supplier do operate in highest efficiency rate that in return maximizing the output with shortest lead time for the company. Internally: Drive for predictable & manageable loading in matching/utilizing the installed capacity. Resolving the gap shall the loading deviate vastly from the forecast. Making proposals to improve/smoothen the process from planning, order scheduling, fulfillments, logistics arrangement etc. Provide guidance to various group of personnel (Internal / external) to ensure activities/instructions are well aligned to the company process and operations optimizations. 3. Analyzing and ReportingPeriodic report on the key performance indices on supplier including issues findings and recommendation of actions. 4. Quarterly Business Review with Supplier Provide input and coordinate with various internal departments in grading the supplier on its performance on various segments. Summarize and providing hi/low lights, more crucially specific actions required for moving forwards.5. Oversee a team of junior planner in their duties. Providing guidance and suggestion on issues encountered.

1. Horizontal Test Transfer & Assy TransferTest Transfera. Develop the operation strategy with/from the management on the devices/tester volume to be transferred from one site to another;b. Work directly with internal and external test engineering counter parts in establishing the timeline and execution on all necessary test preparation and correlation activtieisc. Follow up and closure on required hardware availability, correlation units, tester time and planning system closure Assy Transfera. Work directly with internal and external assy engineering team to ensure qualification on required process and package are completedb. Ensure leadframe readiness & capacity availability with internal capacity colleagues before executing the transfer. c. Understand and expedite the sample and PCN deliveries to ensure customer approvals prior transfer. 2. Suppliers OperationOversee & driving the performance of suppliers in various key areas includea. Timely start of lots/work orders and timely shipping of lots/work ordersb. Manage and drive solution on various engineering, logistic and system issues that may impact the key deliveriesc. Manage and deliver expectations within internal groups with respective OSATs(e.g. shipment targets, completion of key eng activities)d. Guide the junior planners in focusing and resolving key items to ensure tactical goals are met in daily to weekly basis

Leading The TeamManage a group of planners in all planning and logistic activitiesProvide guidance , directions & motivations on key focus items and KPIs. 5. Managing Customers Expectation (Internal & External)Initiate co-operation/meeting required with cross functional groups to address issues and improvement projects.Prepare weekly & monthly report for management review and highlight issues/concerns and proposing suggestions for consideration. Drive support team in meeting customers’ expectation with clear communication materials to both internal and external parties.

Demand Vs Capacity & Capability PlanningTo perform regular and or ad-hoc checking on demand vs capability and capacity and highlight if there is any shortfall.Coordinate with various support groups, internal and or subcon counterparts to close any capacity shortfall.Demand FulfillmentConfigure tester capacity to fulfill weekly demand requirement as well as urgent device shipment requirements.Monitor closely in daily basis to ensure performance target are met and work with relevant party (Engineering, IE, Quality) for any issues that arise and may jeopardize the shipment performance.Inventory ManagementCarry out wip management control to minimize stock while maximize the plant utilization including: Assy and Test Loading Alignment
