About Will Hobson
Experienced Nottinghamshire Police Officer with 16 years service. My policing strengths are Crisis Management, Risk Assessing, Problem Solving, decision making and investigations Formerly the Mental Health Partnership Officer, covering the Acute wards of Highbury and Sherwood Oaks Hospitals and now investigating criminal offences that occur at HMP Lowdham Grange.I am part of The Neurodiversity Working Group for Notts Police, as someone who suffers from two neurodiverse conditions, and offer assistance to Officers and Staff who feel they may need further assistance. In my spare time I'm a Paranormal Investigator for Haunted Heritage, a Paranormal Investigation events team that research the information we receive during the investigations with the public.I'm also keen on doing my part for the environment where possible.

Currently a Police Constable for Nottinghamshire Police and have been in post since January 2007. I have a foundation degree in Policing which I completed in 2009. I have had various different roles within my time in the service, including the pilot of the very sucessful Mental Health Street Triage Team, which I won a Police Commissioners Partnership Award.
