Service Delivery Manager
CurrentService Delivery Manager for Agilisys Guernsey. Working in partnership with the States of Guernsey to provide customer service, service delivery and support for their IT requirements. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities from core customer service, support through various committees of the states of Guernsey and to deliver ITIL driven IT services.The States of Guernsey is made up of several committees including Health and Social Care, Home Affairs, Social Security and Education to name a few. The result is an extremely diverse and varied customer base with very different and complex needs and expectations. We currently support approx 5,000 customers.

Service Delivery Manager for Informations Systems and Services. This is the IT support provision for the States of Guernsey. My current role involves managing the service delivery through all operational aspects of day to day business as usual. This covers a wide range of services from core admin staff to Health and Social Care, Home Affairs and Social Security to name a few. The result is an extremely diverse and varied customer base with very different needs and expectations. We currently support approx 4,500 customers. The role is very customer orientated with a view of continual service improvement and ITIL alignment. I am also responsible for the Service desk comprising of five engineers and directly manage the service desk manager.
