As Operations Director reporting to the CEO of the UK division, I am responsible for the functional business units of Shipping, Logistics and Warehousing; Sale Production; Accounting; Human Resources and IT. In addition to this, I am part of a wider leadership team focussed on integrating the Paddle8 and ValueMyStuff entities and combining processes to produce one common set of system and business processes to adhere to.

Such initiatives may be driven by compliance needs, a desire to maximise efficiency by removing waste, reducing costs and improving the customer’s experience, or may be more directly related to the growth of revenue. Individually, I was responsible for the management of business and technology projects geared towards the set up and sustainable growth of the sales operations in Europe.

Quru is a market leader in the technical development, deployment and support of Linux and open source solutions that help organisations to reduce costs and increase operational agility and capability. Quru develops multiple award-winning software solutions ranging from mobile phone apps to global enterprise systems.Reporting to the CEO the Analyst team is responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients, most notability Bonhams 1793 for whom Quru architected their award winning back office ERP and provided support for their technical infrastructure. Individually I was responsible for the management of a number of complicated client orientated projects including responsive website design, iOS apps and online payment processing as well the fortnightly system upgrades.
