Involved with the various Human Resources functions as part of the FSA, I have been a part of the recruitment and retention processes within the association. Further to this, planning internal committee events, has helped me to gain experience in teams and to appreciate how different members of a group work together.

The Finance Students Association (FSA) is involved in the planning of an array of different educational events, which engage students and allow them to connect with industry. In my role as part of the market team I have helped to coordinate and organise events, and subsequently publish promotional materials on social media, as well as around the university.

As a part of the Finance team at Multiplex, I have I been able to gain a valuable understanding of practical financial management. Contextualising the university content, in industry has enabled me to gain a better grasp of financial practices, as well as fundamental communication and investigative skills.

Within the Australian Venue Co group, The College Lawn is one of Melbourne's most loved pubs. Working behind the bar, as well as waiting tables, has been a valuable position, helping to foster teamwork, in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Whilst managing my year 12 commitments, I also was engaged with the State Parliament, as a part of the Mount Waverley Youth Advisory Committee. We proposed a policy to support Youth Mental Health, to the minister for mental health, to the Hon. Gabrielle Williams, MP, alongside Mount Waverley state member, the Hon. Matt Fregon, MP. This proposal was largely in relation greater training for teachers on mental health, as well introducing mental health education at an earlier age. This proposal was informed by conversations with professors from Monash University, and key staff at Head Space
