I am a global operations executive with over 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s most iconic sports brands (NFL, NBA, NCAA, Dallas Cowboys, Pac-12 Conference and many more) building processes, strategies and teams through exceptional leadership, innovation and meticulous attention to detail. I have been recognized for impeccable communications and problem-solving skills during time of crisis and unique “change agent” abilities of seeing concepts from inception through completion. In summation, I get things done.My work includes some of the most prestigious events the world has to offer: Super Bowl (four times), NFL Draft (five times), NCAA Final Four (six times), NBA All-Star Game (the largest in NBA history) and international assignments in Europe and China.While with the Dallas Cowboys, I spearheaded the opening of the AT&T Stadium as the sole project manager and managed more than 100 events with a total audience of more than 2 million. While Vice President, Operations for the Pac-12 Conference, I oversaw the development and operation of Pac-12 events including the Football Championship Game, Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments and the annual Pac-12 China Game in Shanghai, China in which I worked directly with China's e-commerce giant Alibaba.I am currently Vice President, Event Operations of the Bay Area Host Committee (BAHC), a non-profit corporation bringing major, world-class events to the San Francisco Bay Area, including the NBA All Star Game, the Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup.Born in the historic city of Selma, Alabama and living in different parts world, I have a unique perspective on diversity. I am a recent graduate of the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) Glass Leadership Institute focused on empowering young adults to fight hatred of all kind and have worked with a number of organizations personally and professionally to make the world a better place for all.I am a proud husband, father and self-proclaimed BBQ and 90’s hip-hop enthusiast.
