I am known for my ability to deliver projects efficiently, and with innovation at the forefront, maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder partnerships, issues interrogation and options synthesis at all stages. Complex projects I have been responsible for in the state of Victoria include:- overhauling the project management framework for construction of new schools (VSBA)- working with the earth resources regulator and co-regulators to overhaul the approvals process for quarrying workplans and workplan variations (Earth Resources Regulation) - supporting the restart of petroleum operations in Victoria through enhanced operator guidance material (Earth Resources Regulation)- improving consumer protections in the retail energy market, related to consumers experiencing vulnerability, energy bills, pricing and contract protections (Essential Services Commission) An environmental engineer by trade, I have a particular interest in natural resources, climate & energy policy. This is accompanied by a strong desire to build up resilient communities, ensuring fair and equitable transitions where people experiencing (or at risk of experiencing) vulnerability are protected and infrastructure is 'future proofed' for the betterment of generations to come.
