About Will Jacques
Now working part time as a volunteer on strategy and governance for my football team and doing occasional bits of project/change management for people I get along with (and vice versa). As a consultant over the last 7 years I have developed my skills in organisational design, restructuring and process improvement, via a strong engagement approach and leveraging my experience in food manufacturing. I have also really enjoyed coaching and developing to create stronger in house expertise and skills. Prior to all of this my employment background in round numbers is 10 years in change/project/improvement roles, 10 years of having managed food factories in the UK, Finland, Hungary and Poland, and a first 10 years of having fun in junior and middle management roles. I have loved starting up a chocolate refinery in Manchester, a crisps factory in Hungary and learning to speak Polish in 6 months
Listed skills include Change Management, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, and 16 others.
