Equity assignments will continue to be pursued while debt assignments became a higher focus during this 6 year period.

Since 2005, 75-80% of Will's assignments have included some form of risk capital along with senior financing, and between 2010 to 2015 this percentage was 90%+. In addition to raising institutional equity for his clients, Will also raises Sponsor Equity and Senior financing.

Since entering commerical mortgage banking in 1998, Will has participated in and directed just over $1.6 billion in debt and equity transactions where the aggregate total value equals $2.5BB. Almost 70% of this volume includes an equity or mezzanine investment as part of the assignment.
