I manage a team of 26 direct reports, consisting of Project Engineers, Structural Designers, and Stress Analysts, tasked with the design, test, and manufacturing support of the primary structures on the B-1 Bomber fleet sustainment program. Additionally, my group handles the overarching Aircraft on Ground (AOG) nonconformance resolutions and Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP). The technical scope of my groups work covers structural design as well as static and fatigue analysis.Work with the project engineers and fellow managers to ensure programs are staffed appropriately, adjusting when necessary to recover schedule or shift priorities.
