Role: • Split between Marketing and Recruitment I was responsible for all online engagement with our target market as well as helping to reduce the cost of outsourcing recruitment. • Attendance at product launches and conferences to assist with product awareness and lead generation.Achievements:• Doubled Shaping Clouds Twitter following from just over 2,000 to just over 4,000 including relevant influential accounts.• Generated up to a 350% increase in twitter impressions without sacrificing engagement, with no budget.• Achieved record numbers of page views, impressions and engagement on LinkedIn.• Created and maintained internal recruitment CRM and established protocol for recruitment from conducting initial telephone interview through to final selection. • Developed content marketing strategy including identifying key topics for blog generation and managing the input from the wider team. • Developed marketing insights report for Board level including recommendations for further marketing initiatives. • Delivered Shaping Cloud’s Smart City pitch at the ‘Pitch at the Palace’ in front of the Duke of York and a number of influential Manchester business owners.

In my time at MRJ:• I set up and managed the companies Facebook, Instagram, Vine & Pinterest accounts.• I populated and managed their previously dormant YouTube, Google+ & LinkedIn accounts.• I increased the companies twitter following by just under 600%• I Increased the companies LinkedIn Followers by nearly 20%.• The company got over 12,000 loops on Vine.• Managed to get just under 900 views on YouTube.• From Dec 2014 - July 2015 - I increased website hits by 400% - using Google Analytics to monitor what worked and what didn't.• I created a wide range of blogs, from fun office goings on to strong opinion pieces on technology.• I managed to get MRJ on the front page of google for the search 'IT recruitment in Manchester' - without a budget• I attended many tech network events to information gather, widen my network and when appropriate offer our services to those who may need it.• I came up with a wide range of strategies to further increase the awareness of the brand.
