I am currently looking for people that would like to be involved with a ground floor opportunity in the Commercial Mortgage Arena. We will be in the recruiting phase very shortly. It will be my responsibility to TEACH/CLONE Mortgage Loan Originators. There will be plenty of opportunity for advancement in the State of Florida. Our Goal is to have appx. 20 branches set up in all the metro areas in Florida. The time frame for this will be 3 to 4 years. I will be overseeing this project under daily instruction from the Big Cheese, Mitchell Freifeld. We are focusing our energy and attention in the Commercial Arena, unlike in the past. We were primarily a Residential Mortgage Loan Originating based firm. The sky is the limit with earnings potential. This is one of the ONLY industries that you can come in as a rookie with no experience and NO college education, not even an associates degree and make over 100k in your first year. Typical brokers with 5 plus years experience are consistently pulling in between 250k and 500k annually. This is NOT a PIPE DREAM! We do not have time to sit there and beg you to come on board. The people that take the Leap of Faith and TRUST THE PROCESS. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT WILL BE FACED WITH THE CHOICE OF EARLY RETIREMENT AT A VERY YOUNG AGE! We have a incredible and dynamic business plan and replica-table model. We also have the financial backing to be able to do very solid marketing campaigns and advertising will be on all the major fronts. We are looking for individuals that are good with Social Media. We have major plans in that area and are currently a little short-handed. We would rather hire someone on board full-time with us, then getting a freelancer off of Fiver.
