He built his client base by providing tailored investment advice to successful business founders and owners, along with their families, often through some of the most critical transitions in their life. Such events include liquidity events from the sale of their business, inheritance, retirement, divorce or intergenerational wealth transfers. Will commenced his career as a lawyer at law firm K&L Gates in Melbourne before moving into financial markets where he previously spent almost 14 years at investment bank Morgan Stanley and CBA. The mission of Will’s team, the Kenny Group at CG, is simple: to endure through everchanging markets, preserve client’s wealth and elevate their financial future. Will believes his clients value his honest, integrity driven and conservative approach stemming from his legal background has led to strong relationships and referrals from clients and their accountants over the years. Will is also honoured to be currently ranked in the Top 100 Financial Advisers in Australia by the prestigious Barron’s List. Will holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Applied Finance. He also spent time studying in Boston through the Harvard University Extension School.
