    As Professional Development Manager at CSG West, I oversee the organization's suite of leadership training programs for elected state officials and nonpartisan legislative staff. Each fall, I also co-facilitate the Leadership Excellence for Nonpartisan Staff (LENS) program, an online initiative that I helped design and launch in 2023. In addition to managing CSG West's portfolio of training programs, I provide strategic guidance to the Executive Director as part of the Senior Management Team, support the CSG West Annual Meetings, engage with other regional and national leadership development programs, and serve as the liaison to the legislatures in Hawaii and Montana.
