I am a people person. It all comes down to a friendly personality and a simple conversation. Once that conversation gets going, it can lead to wherever I want it to go, and always ends with me helping that person! At work, I am everyone’s go-to. My colleagues know that if they come to me with a request, that I can get the job done. Not because I HAVE to, but because I WANT to. It brings me both joy and satisfaction to help both my colleagues and my customers and that is something that has never changed and has been consistent across the many different roles and responsibilities that I have held.You may have noticed from my profile that there was a 12 month period during which I was unemployed. This was not by choice, but was due to personal illness. I spent majority of 2020 in hospital going through chemotherapy but as soon as I was released, I jumped straight back into the game and became a Personal Banking Advisor with no prior finance, business or banking experience. Now, I’ve used my customer facing experience to go back to my roots in agriculture, working for Gallagher Animal Management as Territory Manager for North Queensland. You see, the thing that you should know about me it is that not only am I a people person, but I am also extremely driven and one of the quickest learners you will meet and this is what allowed me to go from a hospital bed to office desk in an instant. If I set my mind to something, you can bet it will become a reality.
