2005– 2022 MANAGING PARTNER-RAISING CANES During my time at Raising Cane’s I have held several job titles, and have worked in multiple locations. My responsibilities have grown throughout the years. I began as a crewmember and then quickly was able to be promoted to Shift Manager. After holding a Shift Manager position for about 2 years, I was then promoted to Operations Manager a position to which I also held for 2 years before being promoted to General Manager in the year of 2012. In 2014 I was able to become a Managing Partner. My current responsibilities include:• Staffing, Training, Orientations, & Educating crew and managers (including shift managers, Oms, &GMs)• Engaging with guests and ensuring quality of service as well as addressing any guest complaint and working with the guests to resolve any issues as well as building regulars. • Managing a high volume of business while directing multiple departments at the same time without sacrificing quality of service and product.• Developed a trained eye for building maintenance and details that separate our company apart from others. (Interior and exterior cosmetics, cleanliness, lighting, painting, carpeting, computer systems crashing damage control, etc.)• Competent in understanding Profit and Loss Statements. Responsible for weekly orders and inventory budgeting. • Versed in working alongside distributors to build working relationships that improve restaurant culture.• Responsible for all scheduling of staff.• Proficient in utilizing programs such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Hot Schedules, ICIMS, Workday, & MICROS. • Responsible for marketing and building sales by developing a strong community involvement. (Fundraisers, Canvasing Markets, Event Programs, etc.
