•Lead Vietnam JV and self- owned plants investment, launch, products allocation ,ramp up and system set up• Lead organization and coordination on global TBR SI&OP•Lead to conduct RCCP and drive construction integration, Master data/ routine correction to drive MRPII•Set up per SKU (3000+)DOS target based on yearly ITO and conduct product classification(ABC-XYZ), inventory strategy, production strategy and the product layout strategy during wholly PLC;•Analyze invetory structure to control E&O, Aging and stocks against DOS and develop report•Lead project of Cooper order receiveing and scheduling setup and improvement to raise demand compliance and shipment frequency;•Digitalizations on SAP,MES,WMS,TPM,BI and operational visible dashboard development
