* Twenty years of consulting experience supporting Federal government clients including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) development test and evaluation projects in the health care information technology discipline. With a total of 30 years of military health care and information technology experience.* Responsible for test planning, managing test schedules, test script development, script execution, scenario execution, resource allocation, test result reporting, defect tracking, issue adjudication, and communication with the project office and the developer. * Experience includes review and analysis of requirements documentation, system design documentation, and development integration test (DIT) documentation. * Collaborates with requirements development staff to ensure the completeness and testability of the system.* Responsible for the use of automated tools to include UFT, Selenium, Fortify, CheckStyle, and Dependency-check to perform static and dynamic code and security analysis of software source code and executables to ensure the system can meet performance, maintainability, and usability requirements.
