With over 135 Agents in the Florida Keys their legendary office on Duval Street is the largest in Key West and consistently the top office in sales & lease volume in the Florida Keys. In 2012 Langley joined Key West Legend's Edward B. Knight and Claude J. Gardner Jr. on their Commercial Services Team. Langley brings dynamic experience to the Knight/Gardner/Langley Commercial Services Team through years of experience owning and operating several successful tourism based businesses throughout the Caribbean, Langley brings a unique perspective to our clients through an understanding of what it means to own and build businesses in a tourism based tropical environment. Langley has vaulted to multi-million sales status in his career and has been involved in over $1B of transactions in the last 5 years. Consistently ranked the #1 top Agent/Team in the Florida Keys.Langley serves on several local boards.-2018 and 2019 President of the Key West Association of Realtors-Appointed by the Mayor of Key West to sit on the Key West Bight Management Board (City Seaport)-Community Foundation of the Florida Keys Board of Governors- Chair of the Development Committee -2020 and 2021 Commodore at the Key West Yacht Club (President of the Board)-Key West Association of Realtors Board of Directors (4 terms) - Past Public Relations Chair, Past Technology Chair and is a founding member of the Key West Young Professional's Network.Langley was awarded the Berkshire Hathaway Legend Award- Top Half of 1% of the Network. Early in his real estate career and was recognized by the Key West Association of Realtor's as their Rookie of the Year, served 2 terms as the Association President and was honored as the Realtor of the Year in 2019 & 2020.
