Take charge of the development of the Harmony cockpit application ecosystem, responsible for industry and user insight, key customer relationship management, commercial and product solution development, project management, and contract negotiation. Supported the launch of the M5, M7 and other models.

Worked in the Consumer BG Software Dept. as the business development representative of Tencent, IoT, security, and HUAWEI HiCar. Responsible for industry insight, customer relationship management, cooperation resource sourcing, cooperation solution development, project management, and contract negotiation in corresponding domains. Took charge of business cooperation in major projects such as WeChat fingerprint payment, first-generation smart speaker, and HUAWEI HiCar. Established strong business relationship with mainstream Internet vendors, security vendors, and vehicle electronics vendors in China. Responsible for software and hardware cooperation related to the Harmony OS since 2021.

Leader of the core network pre-sales team, with 8 subordinates, responsible for bidding support and capability development for sales projects of new solutions, such as IoT, cloud-based enterprise communications, cloud-based packet core network, and convergent video, and organized support for more than 30 sales projects. Developed the knowledge map of core network domain, sorted out and produced more than 300 related documents, and provided hierarchical one-stop guidance for capability development of employees at all levels. As the project manager, I was responsible for developing the first operational efficiency evaluation solution of BSSC. Based on this, we organized and sorted out the operation data of three overseas BSSCs and produced the first draft of the BSSC operation efficiency baseline, laying a foundation for effectively evaluating the organizational efficiency and workforce scale.

One of the five members of the first Mexico BSSC (Bidding Shared Service Center) construction group, which responsible for building up Mexico BSSC from scratch. In charge of the construction of related regulations and processes, including new staff training regulation, business undertaking process, and project quality management regulation, etc. In charge of department employee recruitment and organization construction, including candidate filtering, position and salary evaluation, etc. Recruited 18 new employees in total, which guaranteed smooth operation of department business.Team leader of Mexico BSSC Core Network Team, managing 4 subordinate staffs. Responsible for business objectives of the team, and performance evaluation of team members. Responsible for team member ability model formulation, training course scheduling and development. In charge of Core Network business management, including project resource allocation, quality management, data analysis and forecast, and corresponding manpower and ability planning, etc.Providing support for core network project of all representative offices in Latin America, including solution design, technical proposal development, quotation, and responses of technical clauses. Act as team leader of BSSC bidding team, responsible for work division, progress control and proposal review. Participated in 40+ projects in Latin America by far.

Supported the development of the quotation tool for all Cloud Computing solutions from scratch, and the evolution from manual Excel tool to automatic networked software. Composed 10+ sales guide materials and delivered 10+ training courses in total.
