I led the oversight of Taiwanese vendors and engineers for the successful launch of the inaugural Engineering Verification Biosensor Build. Designed and implemented the prototyping and construction of test fixtures and protocols to assess the performance of the wearable biosensor.

At LitePoint, I worked on re-engineering our current 5G tester's cooling system to reduce acoustic noise while maintaining cooling performance, and constructing CNC and sheet metal prototypes to test new product concepts with vendors from China. Currently, I focus on troubleshooting mechanical problems and fine tuning packaging assembly. Being on a small mechanical engineering team, I have been entrusted with the ability to carry projects to manufacturing release in SolidWorks Professional PDM.

I oversee 7 sub-teams of lowerclassmen from bodywork team to high-voltage system protection team to optimize their performance while ensuring their learning opportunity and enthusiasm with the club.

My role is to design and fabricate the chassis for the competition in June 2019. As a first year club, I studied multiple reports from other universities to plan my iterations without a previous chassis version to work on. While keeping DFM in mind, the chassis was designed in 4 months with multiple iterations and consultations from professionals. The chassis was fabricated in December 2018 within 2 weeks.

At Philips Healthcare, I worked in Connected Sensing Venture as their mechanical engineer co-op. During my time, I focused on testing of medical device in the system level and component level. With my ambitious and positive attitude, I stepped up and decided to contribute to the verification and validation role. With a dedicated team, we successfully submitted our documentation to the FDA in a timely manner.

I worked intensively as SOPAT's CAD design and development co-op. I had multiple projects such as housing and cooling design that I carried through from concept to finished goods. Many of my drawings and designs are currently in the production.

At Tiffany & Co., my responsibility was to optimize the mass manufacturing process of fine jewelry. As the process engineering co-op, I executed 5S project at the manufacturing site to create an efficient work flow. Other than that, I worked with senior engineers to bring in cutting edge technologies to the factory floor to cut down manufacturing time without compromising Tiffany's quality.
