Finally, in the role I process Minor Applications for professional clubs wishing to register players under the age of 18. Using my knowledge of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP) I assist Clubs with obtaining the relevant documents required as part of the application, submitting the applications to FIFA via TMS, liaising with FIFA and the clubs when additional documents are requested and completing the international clearance process when applications have been accepted. Throughout my time in this role I have gained a strong understanding of the Premier League, EFL, WSL and FA Rules and Regulations relating to player registrations as well as FIFA’s RSTP. This allows me to assist Professional Clubs with a wide range of specific and unique queries as well as whether or not international clearance is required.
