This role focuses on processing and regulating all domestic and international registrations for Professional clubs (in The Premier League, EFL and WSL), conducting minor applications for players under the age of 18, providing clubs with advice on a wide range of specific and unique queries, delivering training new club users on how to use FIFA TMS and assisting the FA in updating processes, ensuring that Professional Clubs are able to register their players in the most efficient way. Responsibilities include:- Recording all professional registration transactions including ITCs, registrations, loans, FA Cup permissions and retained lists- Processing international transfers via FIFA TMS- Processing of FIFA minor applications- Assisting in the update of Player Status Process, as well as working on building a new registration system for clubs- Visiting clubs to provide them with a forum to ask any questions raise and queries, as well as allowing the FA to provide an updates- Conduct training on how to use FIFA TMS- Responding to a variety of queries from professional football clubs - Providing clubs with guidance on the international call up of players registered for their clubs - Working with other National Associations in a number of ways, including the sharing of knowledge and processes - Ensure that the FA Rules are enforced and investigate any potential breaches In addition to my responsibilities in the Player Status Department, I regularly volunteer as a Team Liaison Officer where I become the point of contact to National Teams visiting England for fixtures. I will stay with the visiting National Team throughout their stay in England ensuring that their schedule is met and making sure any issues they may have are resolved immediately.

As an In-Ground correspondent I am the sole contact at the Premier League and EFL football stadiums ensuring that any information that needs to be clarified is done. This can be to confirm the starting formation of a team, to confirming any key events that are off camera or to liaising with referees post-game to check Opta’s date against the information on the Referee’s report. When required I am a correspondent at high profile events including the FA Community Shield, EFL Club Final and FA Cup Semi Final.My previous roles as Opta Sports include:- Watching live games from various European leagues and inputing essential data into state of the art software - Working with Quality Assurance, checking live data to ensure it is accurate before being distributed to customers such as BBC, Sky and BT

This included researching comparable players, analysing the player’s performance data, investigating other tribunal case results, and giving recommendations on player values- Conducting an analysis of the playing time of West Ham United players currently on loan with the aim of discovering whether or not playing time has been reduced

Further to the successful completion of my initial 6 moth internship as HR Intern, I was appointed Special Projects Intern. This role combined elements of HR and Marketing.From a Human Resource perspective I continued the duties carried out as HR Intern as well as focusing on the transition from the Boleyn Ground to the London Stadium, in particular the recruitment behind the move. - Managing the recruitment of up to 15 job vacancies simultaneously- Designing and delivering presentations to up to audiences of 400 people on the recruitment and structure of the Club- Creating new relationship with local stakeholders including Newham Workplace in order to help with the recruitment of local residents.
